The format of the conference
The conference will be held on site at the location of the conference and/or online by using Zoom platform.
The conference on site will be organized according to the regulations No 360 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia "Epidemiological precautions to limit the spread of Covid-19". Only fully vaccinated persons as well as those who have recovered from Covid-19 and can present a valid Covid-19 certificate will be allowed to participate on site. Also persons who can show a negative Covid-19 test (Covid-19 PCR test is valid 48 hours, antigen (rapid) test valid for 6 hours) or a valid Covid-19 certificate also will be admitted on site. Covid-19 certificate or negative test has to be presented together with a valid ID - passport or national identification card. All conference participants have to wear a face mask and keep the distance inside the facility.
Information about the logins will be sent to the participants one day before it starts.
After the conference, participants will have the opportunity to watch masterclass recordings.
Participation fee
Participation fee needs to be paid by July 26, 2021.
- Conference fee: One day early bird (paid by July 15th) – 30 EUR; after July 15th 40 EUR for one day
- Student fee for LiepU and RSU students: One day early bird (paid by July 15th) – 25 EUR; after July 15th 30 EUR for one day
- Conference lecturers: for free
- Conference participants will receive a certificate of participation in the conference (for July 30 - 8 hours, for July 31 - 8 hours)
